T.O.S

1. PAYMENT

> firstly, i take cash payments through Ko-Fi and that only. i do not take any form of crypto currency or alternative payments. i can take Robux comms if its negotiated at the beginning of the commission. i do not negotiate on my cash prices. i'm willing to be flexible when it comes to robux, but otherwise my prices are final.
-----
> in terms of payment, i take half of the commission price up front, and offer 3 "freebie" alterations before i add $2 per change during the drawing process. if it's a small change (e.g adding a simple accessory, tweaking the facial expression, etc.) i won't charge, even if it goes past the 3 freebies.
-----
> throughout the commission process, i will do my best to be as clear as possible about what the price is, when i charge for changes in the commission, and overall anything else about the price throughout. i do not want to "rip you off" or seem like i'm doing so. i'm not a professional artist, and as of now only have a little experience in taking commission work, so it's pretty new to me.

2. WILL/WON'T DRAW

THINGS I WILL DRAW:-----> characters (ocs, fictional, headcanon, etc.)
> humanoids
> reference sheets
> portraits> pfps> ship art (ocs, oc x canon, sfw, etc. non proship)> gore/(body) horror material> chibis*basically anything within reason, *THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW
-----
> nsfw
> ai/nft training works> stolen/traced art> hate speech, illegal content, offensive characters> anthro (not my skillset :c)> mecha

3. OTHER/"MISC." RULES

REFUNDS:-----
> if for whatever reason something, like me not being able to complete the commission or anything like that happens. i WILL provide a refund of the initial payment. i will NOT DO REFUNDS FOR ART PAST THE COMPLETED ARTWORK.
OTHER DETAILS ON CHANGES:
-----
> i will not do any major changes (anything outside of color changes, small tweaks that can be done with the liquify tool or something, etc.) past the lineart stage. even if additional payment is offered, if i have the colors down it's final.
HOLDING/SLOTS:
-----
> i don't do holds since it makes things complicated on my end, it's a lot to keep track of and i don't want to.
> i have 3 slots open for commissions. why so little? it makes commissions easy to keep track of for me. i will not take on more commissions until i've finished all of the slots i have at the moment, that way i keep a steady work flow.

my prices stack between two categories being rendering, and scale, as shown below:

so, for example: a full body full render would cost $40 (15+25) and then $5 per added character.i'm trying to be as transparent as possible, to avoid confusion.my cash prices, as stated are non negotiable and set in stone.
